heidi hat is entirely USA-based. Located outside of Aspen, Colorado, our line is eco-friendly, as the collection is completely manufactured and produced not only the United States but in Colorado; hand-sewn by seamstresses that live in the Roaring Fork Valley.
From start to finish, the apparel is designed, created, manufactured, distributed from within Colorado; the subcontractors/printing/press services/vendors we associate with are local contractors. All fabrics are sourced from the USA (NYC and LA).
We are committed to local manufacturing and production in all aspects, as well as committed to designing and producing apparel that is durable, thus lessening our carbon footprint. Our swimsuit fabrics are high end, quality materials; they are quick drying, flattering, long lasting, and more appropriate for sweating and athletic endeavors.

Domestic orders are shipped via Federal Express or US Priority mail (delivery within 1-5 business days within United States), no PO Boxes. The shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your total order. Contact us for expedited shipping options.

Online orders: heidi hat accepts Visa or MasterCard, as well as debits directly from your checking account via PayPal. PayPal offers a free, secure service and requires minimal setup for you to use. You do not have to be a Paypal member to purchase from this website.

Sales tax
heidi hat is required by law to charge Colorado state residents 8.1% sales tax on all products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the state of Colorado. All orders shipped outside of Colorado are not taxable.
Returns/Exchanges
Within 2 weeks of original purchase date, with hangtags attached and with original receipt, an exchange for unwashed/unworn merchandise will be provided upon request. No returns, please.

Cancelled orders
We retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or for an item ordered which is out-of-stock or no longer available. heidi hat shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, heidi hat shall immediately issue a credit to your PayPal or credit card account in the amount of the charge.

For "to-be-expected" human body variations, please inquire for custom orders and custom sizing. Say if you’re vertically blessed or beautifully compact. Priced accordingly.
heidi bottom sizing
For hot shorts, we do tend to size down. As most wear these for hot yoga, you want them to fit snug, so that after 90 minutes of heavy sweating in a hot room the hot shorts are not swimming on you as you're swimming in sweat. For example, if you wear a size medium in our skirts and board shorts, you will most likely be a size small in hot shorts.
Care
Our bottom collection garments are pre-shrunk and easy to wash; simply rinse in cold water and hang to dry for a long lasting life.
As always, our entire bottom collection is constructed with the following principles in mind:
- Breathable swimsuit fabrics providing effective stretch for shape retention and offering natural softness and wicking properties (quick drying).
- Supportive coverage with enough stretch to allow for complete freedom of movement and flexibility.
- Smooth and flat waistbands are snug enough to stay securely in place, but relaxed enough to avoid muffin top issues.
- Flat seams throughout for ideal fit, stretch, comfort and durability.
- Bottoms extend beyond the yoga room and are ideal for pre and après yoga/working out, most all sweaty endeavors, beach life, bedtime, traveling, underneath as underwear (sexy lingerie), and any and everything else in between.
